Favorite Cheat Meal: Wings, Pizza, Ribs, basically any entrée type meal.

Favorite Diet Food: Salads with very low sodium albacore, omega-3 fed eggs, and flax seed oil (low carbohydrate days) and organic chicken thighs with brown rice (high carbohydrate days).

What I love about bodybuilding: Manipulating my body in the likeness of Greek aesthetics; I enjoy the individual satisfaction resulting from applying intelligent training and nutrition.

What I dislike about bodybuilding: Nothing, it encompasses everything I love.

Best Body parts: Back and Abs.

Favorite Body part to Train: I love training all body parts equally; I enjoy the variety of training different body parts in different manners.

Favorite Exercise: I don’t favor any one exercise; I have structured variety within my workouts so each exercise feels new.

Worst bodypart: Calves.

Most Improved bodypart: Quads.

Future Plans: To improve my build across the board including thicker legs, back and chest, bigger arms, shoulders and calves, and maintaining the aesthetic symmetry I strive for. My goal is to win my pro card within the next 1-2 years; I am excited to compete in the April show in Binghamton this upcoming year.

Hobbies/Interests: Watching UFC and other sporting events, going out to movies and restaurants, and furthering my education on proper exercise and nutrition prescription. I also enjoy helping others with exercise, nutrition, and supplementation advice.

Favorite Supps: All NOW products and ProMera’s Con-Cret conjugated creatine.
